Yea that's a tough one since CDEL and CSTI are known to throw up walls but I really think they are one and two tick flippers being in the 2's. Once the volume starts to increase big time I would suspect some of those 2's will be either cancelled of moved up a long with if the confidence level of the stock goes up. If the Stop sign would be removed then who cares because they would be burned out in no time then lol....
