TallRob, I understood him to say that the amount of shares we would get would be the same PERCENTAGE as the number of shares we held in Conv. Sol. Accordingly, it could be more, less or equal to a 1:1 ration depending upon the number of O/S in the JV....
If I am correct, in the case of a JV with MORE O/S than CSHD (at that time), a shareholder of CSHD would get LESS shares of the JV than they had of CSHD. In the case of a JV with LESS O/S than CSHD (at that time), a shareholder of CSHD would get MORE shares of the JV than they had of CSHD.
Maybe others could help clarify... but the above is my understanding as to what he said.
