why arent the wall street honchos buying this one if its for real. pps should be $12 by now if big$ bought into this one and bought the hype. those guys miss nothing. one things for sure rufus institutional buyers, or buyers who should be institutionalized. imo lol ;-)

Ronnie, I think you need to find a better way to spend your time. The one thing that won't show up as an asset on the financials will be money borrowed through hypothecation.

What will show up as an Asset will be the bonds under management. The CFO told me that personally this week. And, in case you don't understand it, maybe you should look up Free Cash Flow, because with $3B in bonds under management, CSHD will have well over $100M annually available, as Revenue, to make investments.

It amazes me that you bashers understand so little about a business like this. Maybe if you took the time to do a little research and think about it you might be holding this stock instead of wasting your time commenting about things you can't understand.

whatsa wrong with that?using the interest of the bonds as an asset along with AISS and the other new JV's. Hey it will all be on the 10K...we will all know whats up by then...Right now, Your Opinion is no more right than mine. You have no greater insight into the company than anyone else. Your just trying to bash to get in at a lower PPS,,,,,,,,i cant prove that...butthats my opinion and im usually right.

many posters clearly still think a book value of $15-54 is real here. Rufus has intentionally misled them into thinking the financials justify a pps in that range.

No one time has Mr. Harris Ever said the BOOK Value of this stock is of a 15-54 value.. NOT ONE TIME.. People like you and the rest are the ones that are saying the BOOK VALUE is this.. He has said the MARKET value could be in theat range, but NOT Book Value., Now with the insertion of the new bond(s), there could be a book value of that range, (and I said COULD BE), but HE Has Never said the BOOK Value is there, ONLY The the market value is in that range.. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! So,, Folks like you are the ones that Mis quote the facts to suit your intentions. IF I am wrong, or am missing something,, PROVE ME WRONG with a verifiable QUOTE.. No where in the paltalks, message boards, or anyother place, have I found him stating this.
