I must correct you. I think you are sadly mislead semiguy99. We "bashers" as you like to call us do not find it incomprehensible that "a" stock that is currently trading at $1 could POTENTIALLY be worth $54. What we find incomprehensible.. it that this particular stock trading for under $1 could be trading as high as it is.. let alone $54.
I looked at the 8K and it further confirmed my belief that this entire thing.. is a scam.. start to finish.. top to bottom. But heck.. what do I know.. I have just been in the business for nearly 20 years on a full time basis and was a professional financial watchdog who specialized in exposing bulletin board scams for over 2 years full time ..
