HE IS ISSUING 7 BILLION SHARES TO HIMSELF TO TRANSFER RIGHTS FOR THE REFINERY TO A PUBLIC CO...have you ever seen a sub .01 stock owning rights to a 450m asset before? MMEX had 3k$ in cash ebfore this now we own enormous rights to a refinery.
