I am not a 100% believer in Ruffus but if this was my company why the hell would I give a sh*t about proving anything to (Stocklemon)a organization that seems to bad talk my company day in day out. Even if Ruffus answers and proves their questions we will just hear new ones stating that CSHD is still not a scam due to various other reasons.
Everything changes if it was just a concerned Investor, Stocklemon is not even an investor just a plain old website that bashes stocks. Never once have I seen this website behind a stock and sees it thru.
Rufus has challenged both Stocklemon and myself at our-street.com. We have accepted his challenges and we both have likewise offered to correct and apologize to Rufus if he can simply prove the claims which we have challenged. I can tell you I have also written both Rufus and his attorney asking for details as to any misstatements I might have made with a sincere and genuine offer to correct and apologize.
To date, I have not recived a reply. Obviously, in the world of libel torts.. one does not win points when one refuses to mitigate ones damages by refusing to allow a person to correct any alleged errors.
Conclusion: There is nothing in error and Rufus is only good at issuing challenges.. not following through on them. That makes his threats as hollow as his guarantees and representations.. the ones you are so heavily relying upon to justify your investment in this scam.
