Did you ask, or did he give any info regarding the S/S unknowns from OTCmarket profile, I.E.: float, restricted shares, etc.?

No clue why you have that number. But if you compare shares and notes do not forget to consider the usual 50% discount.

So if 10k debt is left it takes 20m shares to cover it.

Seeing the 11m shares diluted on Thursday we must be very very close to the end imo

California Recycles was bought for $250k half of that was in shares and the other half is going to be paid in installments starting in Q2. That would be the other $120k.

Look at my post from earlier. I estimated there would be $11,000 left in notes, which is close to what went through today. They are either gone now, or there is a couple million left.
