I'll give you a couple of things that seem concrete to me.

1. CUSIP and Name Change
2. CEO change from DA to SS
3. Auditors/KPMG and PWC...How do I know because these companies would be quick to refute the claim
4. The sharepric from avg 2 to 7....
5. The IR but that is a side bar
6. Things to ponder///Why would anyone ever want to invest in a stock unless there were things to Ponder? I wouldn't
7. It's clear...the 10K is what makes things concrete. YOU ARE NOT going to get concrete until then. That is the point. So the decision remains the same...Buy or not to buy.
