It was terminated

ADTM is a criminal enterprise with

no business
no employees
no assets
no headquarters

and

substantial liabilities and
more than a dozen lawsuits against it

That's old and very outdated data. The numbers don't make sense. Look at the total outstanding shares they show in the report. There is a lot more shares outstanding than that. Hell, I own more shares of this company than that report shows as the total outstanding. If they planned on buying out this company at a $1.50 a share now they would be paying billions not millions.
