I agree, but the value of the licenses are contained in the preferred shares, not the common shares...........

Think of being in line to be fed.........the preferred shareholders get fed first and any leftovers are for the common shareholders AFTER all the bills are paid.

Just ask the NR##'s shareholders.......they experienced it first hand.

That is why one hear's the term "Its great for a quick flip"
