Posting Old news that is no longer relevant and has been superseded by newer news showing the deal was terminated long ago, borders on Fraud with intent to manipulate a stocks Price. There are already enough Bad actors associated with this dubious Company, besides the company exists only as a ticker symbol, no office, no phone, no SEC filings, Nada....................Capiche?

Trader..The Merger was "called off" by Adsupply months ago. I contacted them and they confirmed it via Twitter. I'll see if I can find that tweet but here is the information saying it expired 9/1/2016.
