ARCA popped up 2 different times on the ask.....Both times people immediately started unloading on the bid in result killed the price. So the more and more weak hands out the better. Share count remained the same from open this morning to an update this afternoon so Dilution very well may be over. I will get a confirmation again tomorrow to see. We all saw how fast this did move before the wussy panic retail killed the mojo. Good things ahead folks!!
