I am sure they do at a ceratin level, Let me give you an example, we are developing 4 different centers at the moment averageing 500K to 750k SQFT 15 million pop when its all said and done, We get approached by alot of diff players to do High rise deals that kind of stuff, we always decline, its not the money but when you get out of your expertise and stub your toe its expensive, thats why alot of playeres stick to what they know...Thats my point
