Wrong again Agent....even when I held my 700K plus shares my opinion of JF and what GZFX has done for its investors has not changed....it is really a shame, this could have been a win win situation, but JF screwed the investors (even the european ones!)
IF GZFX makes it to profitability (and I sincerely doubt it will be this year....given the bus tour as the primary advertising trip...LOL)....then perhaps the share structure can and will be changed...IMO it will be changed by a RS and the current shareholders (you know those not holding millions of free shares) will get it stuck to them again!
As I have said on numerous occassions now...until those 5.8 BAZILLION PLUS SB-2 and SB-2/A shares are sold into investors hands this POS goes nowhere....just more dilution....
CMF firmly set in negative territory Falling PPS still in downtrend Accum/Distr still flatlined and firmly in distribution land
all this signals that there has been and/or is ZERO evidence that dilution has stopped. Lets see when JF decides to update the sharecount??? Someone had to pay for the BUS/GAS/Big MACS for the road trip....guess who?
