A few points I'd like to make. Having been a shareholder since the early nineties I have borne witness to a lot of the skulduggery that has plagued this company for so many years. I was here when TMMI had its millennium run to 2.87 per share and I don't buy for a nanosecond that he waited till TMMI opened a dollar higher than it's previous closing price before he "bought in". Just as I don't buy his story of being "up on a ladder" (while having advanced warning of the Raytheon news release the day before) as a cause for missing his opportunity to sell his remaining shares. If anything he has profited handsomely from his TMMI shareholdings and he should seriously look more critically at the management of his holdings in Dimented Inc. as his source of aggrievement. He has been consistent as other Dimented shareholders in slandering ad-nauseum any and all management no matter what progress the company may be making.
As for his constant insistence that TMM"s lawsuit was a frivolous in nature, I say HOG WASH. Dimented only has themselves to blame for brazenly inviting this lawsuit against them. First they fraudulently obtain patents on 20 year old prior art that TMMI was using at the time and posted claims on various stock chat sites that TMMI would owe them royalties. Second, they claimed to be the exclusive holders of fractal technology and to own all of VDK2 when in fact the DFI license was restricted to running the compressor on IBM PVS and SGI antiquated and obsolete hardware. As for the 800 K plus they keep whining about, again Dimented has only themselves to blame for overwhelming their multiple legal firms and the courts with the "thousands of pages" of useless an irrelevant documentation. Trying to win a legal case using quantity over quality was clearly a failed strategy much like their failing "business plan".
If anything I hold him responsible for his insidious attempts at giving credibility to many of the false and scurrilous claims made on these chat boards over the years.
