He's entitled to his opinion. If it helps ease the blow of the loss to blame the judge, fine. It isn't a very productive urge since Dimension isn't appealing the decisions he complains about, but why begrudge him or hope he loses his money. Best maybe to support mediation with if not good will at least less ill will?
