Kodiak does this all of the time - OWCP can't win the lawsuit - are you suggesting that the management wasn't cognizant of what they were signing.

I suggest you and the other shareholders do some research on Kodiak.

1. Make claim of financing from Kodiak

2. Pay Kodiak a upfront fee

3. Kodiak requires the company to file a S-1 Registration statement

4. OWCP withdraws the S-1.

And it is used for pumping purposes only.
