Ha! I've seen that ad -- it's hilarious! A bunch of people looking all sad because they can't poop! Pretty soon they'll have a 3rd medication that will treat the side effects that the 2nd drug causes after it stops your constipation.
I don't doubt that some of the reason that cannabis has been so slow in getting approved for medical research in the US has to do with Big Pharma blocking it.
