Just my opinion I think Kim is trying to set a price target using the army contract. If the army contract fell through it would make for a great trading op but it wouldn't end things. I personally think the extension contract is pretty much a sure thing. If we are to believe that Kim and Jon are not willing to commit fraud then DS is something the army has never seen the likes of. They will want it even if it isnt good enough for a vest.
VN coming through will be a bigger deal because of the volume and ability. When Kim finally gets the go ahead the MS contracts will be announced in almost exactly the same manner as the army.
They will deliver a small test batch and then an extended contract.. Those contracts will be much larger for a long time. Kim is advancing domestic production while he waits for the overseas production okay . I am happy to see the company has more than one item in the pipeline. And I appreciate being updated on it.
