What makes anyone think management will update shareholders in a timely manner when they can't even manage to update OTC? They listed all the ASG team on their website several weeks ago but haven't filed a disclosure or updated OTC.

The new T/A (which HWAL says they hired prior to (12/31/16) isn't named on OTC either. When asked the T/A stated they don't divulge what the true SS is to investors. Apparently that's exactly how management likes it. Seems they prefer keeping people in the dark. Management can print billions of new shares at anytime and announce it whenever they like.

I'm betting every share of HWAL has been issued and is outstanding. All the private holders of ASG stock (management, angel investors etc) were promised shares at $.75 cents each. Yet this POS can barely keep its' head out of trip $.000's.

A/S remains untouched...not IMO...just facts.
