well. even if the O/S remains in the 300 mil. range- that's still low when compared to other MJ pennystocks. I've seen MJ sector stocks with 2-3 billion O/S run over .20 cents, so we should be good here. meanwhile- GRNH remains an enigma- not necessarily a bad thing.
We don't know the why and I won't judge. Perhaps he thought doing so was better than going to a bank in order to raise capital. Maybe he even did it to pay employees for services rendered.
Whatever, I'd give the man the benefit of the doubt t.f.n.
