I agree- 40 year lease should be -
HUGE NEWS- and a real pps mover, but we got barely anything out of it. I really think many people want to see the upcoming E.R. - and see the revenue numbers before committing a lot of money into this stock- also the share count will be interesting. I hope they've kept it to a minimum. we will find out soon. GRNH should be pulling in $ 30 -$ 40 million in revs. this year- if all the recent deals are for real ? this could be the year GRNH finally eclipses .20 - once again $$$$$
