I'd forgotten about that. It's run by Morentin and his wife.

And yet I'd be very surprised if Lustig and DeNunzio aren't involved in some way; given their longstanding relationship with Tracy, that would be odd.

Perhaps interestingly, the OTCMarkets disclosure refers--in connection with the ownership of iMedScan and with the financing--only to a "Pantheon Partners". Morentin's company is improbably called "Pantheon Partners SRL, LLC"; Lustig's company is called "Pantheon Partners, LLC".

Are we talking about two different entities with two different roles to play?

Remember: it was Tracy who named Morentin as CEO, and who issued the 400 million shares to him.
