[AQB] It appears that price is finally settling. Sub-10 is still possible.
After looking at the year end results for 2016 I'm not in that big a hurry to build a position. Things look like they will either be slower than I had anticipated or they are being extremely conservative.
Did add in the low 10's. Still a bit shy of a starter position. Will see how things develop and go from there.
