Many are playing the stocks against each other. This one is being quietly loaded while RSII is still hot. Then it will switch. I've played plenty of tickers that took days before a catalyst really started moving the PPS.

I spent a lot of time messing around with blocks of shares in the .0106 to .0118 area today. It is hard to get substantial blocks. This is gonna run.
