The question is: IF TXTM/PLSA does make any - if ever - revenues - and they do not appear in the financial reports of PLPL, PLPL will have nothing - as since many years - to show to the stockworld. Revenues of PLPL are a total desaster and if they separate subsidaries which ave this or that product, how the hell shall PLPL generate any revenues?
However, if PLPL will make some money one day, this board herre can be sure this will not happen before 2022. Thus speculation with PLPL is a total waste of money in the meantime. So while waste time in such a stock? And those who do not believe me.... study the past of PLPL - as long as only news releases will be available. One day they will be deleted !!!!! Whatever this compnay might be, there will be no revenuees for the coming years ! Maybe yoiu guys are happy with new release about some additional useless take-over and some news about this anbd the biotech intention. But this does not make reveneues - and it does not generate any serious investor. And without investors PLPL will burn money endless and will dilute into the ground. A serious stockmarket member does not touch this stock - just me playing with free shares - LOL

Plandaí became the majority owner of Protext with Plandaí SA becoming the successor issuer to Protect for reporting and accounting purposes. It is anticipated that the prior operations and assets of Protext will be liquidated in the coming weeks, leaving Plandaí SA as the surviving operating entity.

I don't see how Txtm being liquidated doesn't answer your question
