Ok ... thinking out loud here , for those of us that have never been part of a deal where a company sells out for example like here $ 2.00 a share . What do we as common shareholders expect to get ? I've been part of deals to receive stock and etc . But a buyout price per share I have not . I hope some people here can enlighten on this subject .
