Oh sorry, i mean fragile in the sense of MJ stock price. Just a single statement from Spicer was so devastating enough to bring the entire sector down so much.

I agree, allowing individuals to purchase MMJ product without proper authorization is the real enforcement issue, as well as THC level detection in human body. But then that's up to them :)
