If Verb wants to incorporate SPORT as a compatible platform, and SPORT WOULD be perfect for that, then WTF are we twisting in the wind for here? Titan would be insane not to jump on that opportunity, and Verb would immediately make it worth their while to FINISH THE JOB and get to FDA/CE.
There would be active collaboration. Every day I don't see an announcement of that makes me skeptical of it being real.
I can say with certainty that whatever happens next in this space will happen within the next 18 months. Isrg is 2018 for its snake robot, no later. They are a truly great company. It is going to take complex collaboration just to enter this space and to merely survive. I think Titan is at least the pillar for someone.
