Was that the promised S1 for FWDG, FUTL or CBSC? Since none of them happened, I guess it doesn't matter.

Unless someone bought shares because of their lies. Glad I didn't but FUTL at $20 when they started talking about the divy and S1. under a penny is still overpriced.
