Did you catch this when I posted before......?

Looks like Belcher was the attorney who received the 1,250 Preferred C shares ($1.25 Million valuation). So if these running totals in the most recent DECN 9/30/2016 OTC filing are correct, Belcher converted 140, so he has 1,110 remaining.
