Why don't the actual changes have to be revealed?

I don't understand that.

Since DECN is non-reporting,I'm guessing this is all part of the plan.
Material actions no longer need to be shared with shareholders.

Basically stakeholders in this company are on a need to know basis,and Keith Berman gets to decide that,not the SEC any longer.

I agree,anytime the Company changes the structure of it's shares is news.

Especially if it doesn't communicate with it's shareholders the details of those changes.
