I have made reference to Helsinki before, but for some reason I just chose the FDA link because in my reference to what is IRB -- it was more of an "IRBs in general", as I felt "IRBs" as a whole are universal in regards to what they do.

But, you're definitely correct in the sense that OUR particular IRB approval was NOT AT ALL "United States FDA" related.

I will update to avoid confusing people.
