Same as always. Whenever you see convertible debt with VWAP discounted shares it's a sign of forthcoming dumping and dilution. It used to be that you could see these patterns as a trader and take part and maybe make some money along side the "accredited investors". In the past several years on the OTC there's a "lightning strike" affect, the dump that happens so quickly with such large volume that retail has no opportunity to trade into it. You can still see these patterns for non-delinquent filers but it takes a lot of work. I've gone away from OTC tickers almost completely due to this trend but still dabble occasionally. In my opinion if your going to be an active trader then focus on charting and technical indicators for tickers on the big boards. The OTC windfalls are tailored for criminals and it always comes around. I will stick with smaller gains, less risky trading and occasionally rolling the dice. Little sticks make big piles.
