They're doing it to swing trade, trying to make a quick buck and get out. I tried, and got burned! That's how I learned of SINO and it led me here.
P.S. curious as to why this stock is down, just after the heels of the sale to institutions for 3.18 a share? I figured that would've given the stock a boost. Your thoughts?
