Ok, so say that the dilution is not over and besides the 300,000,000 o/s that hasn't been bought up, that would be another $450,000 at an average price of .0015/share. That's chump change. We've traded 492,450,832 shares total in the last 5 days. That's 5/6 the outstanding shares. That's an average of around 100,000,000 shares per day. Hypothetically, if half that volume is buying volume, in 18 days the o/s could be eaten up, especially at these prices.
So, if they increase the a/s and o/s then what we're at now will seem like nano-cap because a 1 million dollar market cap TV station is not a big cap especially with the current networks that host its shows and the deals it's scouring for.
So there's my fundamental study for the day and i'll never do that again because I think fundamentals are useless to me since i'm a swing trader.
If this thing doesn't trade above .002 by next week I will discontinue my usage of technical analysis, stochastic calculus and statistics and go buy a copy of Warren Buffett's book on value investing and get an MBA.
