High short interest X super low float = madness
IPO was $11 pre-split, which is something ridiculous like $165. Now it may not be worth 165 a share anymore, but $7? Seven Dollars...? Just from declining sales?
This got shorted early on from low interest and has been stuck at the bottom here for over a year. Over $20M in cash and an RS recently completed to increase investor interest, specifically institutional.
I couldn't imagine the squeeze that would happen if KBSF were to put out some good news. Either way, I like Reverse Splits because they mean a very different thing for companies that are not diluting the price...
