No they are not phantom shares. Heck trying to remember the catagory of shares that are being traded will go back to my references regarding IPO's for micro caps to give you the reasoning. Though can tell you this , by trading those catagory of shares helps MJ tickers develop value so the PPS can accurately reflect on the price point & bring true value to the security & efforts. The name starts with an "R" just can't think of the description on the tip of my tongue.
