I don't think a 50 million OS increase is that important at all. I would like to know what they went towards, but I think that if they just gave them then they did shareholders a huge favor because say they paid salary to a doctor with shares now (50 million shares) vs when we were at .0012 a share (would have taken a billion shares to cover the same value)
FACT: The pps hit .0295 on low volume and would have closed well over .03...So the little os increase had nothing to do with holding it back.... It was the panic sellers and flippers that caused it. NWAV
