IMO as for paying sales people i would think that would come from any money's he has from selling stock.
Robbing Peter, to pay Paul. This can only be done for so long before it catches up with him and anyone else. You would think as takeover or cleanup specialist, he would have a better strategy in place to assist companies with financial problems, without hurting shareholders long term in the process, since this is his specialty.
