Affinity Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC Pink ABVG) conducted a shareholder conference call yesterday. For those who were unable to participate in the live conference call, the replay is now available at http://www.smallcapvoice.com/abvg/. Below are a few Highlights from the call:
- Company subsidiary Village Tea Company has executed a multi-year supplier agreement with one of the largest food service and hospitality companies in the world. (deal with Sodexo- done, waiting on details of contract).
- Company intends to file Q1 financials by June 15th. (done- they are currently current reporting).
- Village Tea Company shipped product to Amazon, Akins & Chamberlin's and other accounts since its acquisition late last year. (we have seen this from people who ordered from Amazon, etc).
- Village Tea Company has secured a multi-store sales and promotion opportunity with a Florida based Convenience Store chain and an NHL franchise located in the region. (the PR last week concerning the sales and marketing promo with On the Go Stores).
- Potential Village Tea Company branded retail store development deal. (waiting details)
- Village Tea Company is developing a line of Hemp/CBD Infused teas. (this explains the photo of the CBD tea on their instagram).
- International expansion opportunity for Village Tea Company Tea into Saudi Arabia,UAE and other markets in the region. (no details yet but this could be huge!!!).
