Nassim Taleb's "Fooled by Randomness" is a must. drop the last half of the list if you have to.

i have major issues with Bulkowski's book. it's interesting and all, but the percentages he gives out are extremely misleading - downright dangerous, frankly - because they're calculated based on post facto data.
