But there is currently Zero Toxic Debt

And given CEO just retired 1/3 OS is it highly illogical to conclude she would then turn to toxic financing

And Apple was once a one man private company operating out of a garage that became a HUGE public company. Those that got in on the ground floor are very wealthy today.
Is there something that says a public company can't operate out of a house? Does it have to operate out of a multi million dollar plant with high overhead to be a public company?
