some one (?) paid off the GOV so that student loans are NOT forgiven in bankruptcy and a portion of your social security check can be attached to pay them off

the logic was sound

unless people could NOT easily shirk these loans taken out by "kids" no one would lend to them. So they are with you through death

logic and an example of where a "policy" sort of back fires
