I think YOU have not checked your facts.And I did not imply that this is the reason the loan is delayed or maybe rejected.I said it 'may' have influenced their decision.We have some shares and we have checked the comapnies last few PR's.You would not expect someone that will give you $40Million to do the same?

Wouldn´t anyone sane need to consider backing from a company showing a pattern of disappointing shareholders over and over, announcing divi policies wich they can´t even deliver upon shortly after?,(mind you that is a mere fraction of the vast stream of disappointments they have delivered upon:-)) let alone a bank or institution, they are working with other peoples money so they should be even less prone to absurd risk adoption imo...
