You might want to check the court docs again because according to them the lawyer was approved for payment and Doc 75 says the case is closed. If sidedraft is still around checking in I think he/she has all the docs somewhere.

and yes I know the shares are still able to trade but still the case is closed.

From the writing and structure of the POR - ARIO seems to the first public company where Hofmeister has done the bankruptcy.

I am not certain he knows that he needs to file the court documents with FINRA.

You can hope and wish all you want but the Q is still in place.

You obviously didn't read any of the court documents - Hofmeister was paid as the case proceeded as he had to petition the court and file a invoice.

So saying he doesn't get paid until the case is closed isn't close to being accurate - also the case has been closed - again you need to read the bankruptcy filings.

Wasn't there a clause that left commons up to the discretion of the company or entity? Sorry I remember something about that. Anyways this is a write off for me, Might jump in some more if I see some massive volume but then again......
