I think someone saw the press release and thought this would skyrocket like you see on the OTC. But we don't have enough eyes on us, YET, to drive SP in that way.

As to dilution, doesn't need to come from TTCM Treasury. I think this is someone with shares who already converted for $.007/$.01 share as listed in the quarterly reports and needed some cash.

Tax Time is coming.
