One of many insiders. The $25 million funding came from substantially the same group that funded the $20 million to acquire the IP in the first place.

By definition - 5% ownership is insider, that's why they had to file, but there is a whole group that controls this stock.

For me to buy the stock I would have to see organic trading taking place and be confident that the treatment will not have long term side effects.
