I disagree. The Plan Trust is what oversees the Lehman Brother's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. The Plan Trust establishes the objective for our BK Trustees aka. Weil to follow. Weil as the BK Trustee for LBHI nor do the Plan Trust own any Equity in LBHI or any of its assets. The Plan Trust do not own any of the Lehman Brothers assets
