Many of the really good biotech stocks got whipsawed for no reason during last year's recent biotech bear market. In many cases it was because institutions had 70-80% and wanted more. In other cases it was because institutions owned 107% or something like that and smaller institutions needed to be shaken out so shorts could cover.
There are three reasons I am not buying this stock:
1) Don't like the stock. 2) Questions about long term safety, practicality of IV dosage, and knowledge of one biotech that went from $60 to $4 because its IV version showed results but they had issues with the oral. 3) The share structure is such that insiders have the power to beat the snot out of retail. The liquidity is so low that market has no influence on share price.
